Plant Goodness

I’ve shared this idea in a previous post and it’s one I hold in my heart as truth.

Our words matter.

How we speak to one another matters.

The energy we give out impacts not only others, but ourselves. 

With our words, we have the ability to build up or tear down others and ourselves.

I look at my two children, ages three and one, and the words I use with them, around them, and to them will become their inner voice.

Their minds continue to mold and grow and it can all start with words.

This also applies to adults. 

The power of spoken word create the world around us and within us. 

How we communicate (verbal and nonverbal) matters. 

We hold the ability 

to empathize,

to express forgiveness,

to support,

to encourage,

to uplift,

to help,

to LOVE.

It starts with what we say - A spoken seed that is planted and blossoms within others and ourselves.

Let’s plant goodness.
