but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “it’s too late”, 

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “it’s in your genetics”,

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “asking for help is a weakness”, 

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “you need a big house and a fancy car to be successful”,

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “you aren’t worth a beautiful, wholesome, loving life”,

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “quitting is hard”,

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

I’m not sure who told you, “your paycheck and job title defines you”,

but I can say with certainty - they lied to you.

Don’t believe the lies.

Don’t buy into the people of your past whose voices ruminate in your mind and keep you from living your best life.

You can.

You will and already are enough.

It’s not too late.

It’s not in your genetics.

Asking for help is a strength.

Living within your means is a way toward freedom.

You ARE worth a beautiful, wholesome, loving life.

Your paycheck and title doesn’t define you, your actions and heart mean more than anything.

You can do hard things.

You can rewrite your story, starting today.

You matter.

You are worthy.
